Haven Holidays | Devon Cliffs, Exmouth

This time last week we were in Exmouth, Devon at Havens Devon cliffs. This camp is situated with access to Sandy bay which is a beautiful bay with red cliffs surrounding the large sandy beach.

We went with my parents who are both in wheelchairs so we lived in an adapted caravan for the week. It was one of the best caravans that we have had on a haven camp and I could quite happily have lived there.

Our caravan had centeral heating, beds made up on arrival, fridge freezer, double glazing, and electric (which was perfect for Lillys early mornings) and everything else expected Iin a static caravan.

This camp has a large arcade and a soft play area when we get rainy days. There were many outside play areas and a nature trail for the better days. They have a large indoor swimming pool with a splash zone, flumes and slides. You can also hire Segways to use on camp.

Devon Cliffs has many food venues including the Mash and Barrel restaurant, this was a little pricy thought. There was also a burger kinv, fish and chip shop and a papa johns pizza. There are also a few shops on camp if you want to cook instead or buy holiday treats, there's a spar and a character shop, also a ye old sweet shop with a strange variety of rock sticks to try.

They have kids club for all ages up to 12 years old. There are three different clubs, Lilly is
in little cubs where they do painting, singing, sign language, and safety around the pool. The characters are lovely and bring back a lot of memories for me from when I was a child. Lilly wasn't at all keen on the four main characters but loved Polly, we never really saw Ned.

Lilly seemed to like the kids shows at night with the Seaside squad putting on shows, dancing and singing.

The night time shows were good too. We went and watched 2 funstar shows called 'Destination 90's' and 'Girls on film' both were a lot of fun to watch. We also saw a ventriloquist who's name I forget. He was fantastic though and had me and Liam crying with laughter.

Shame we all haf a sick day when there but we all got over is quickly and enjoyed a week of rest and fun.

All in all a very nice camp, polite happy staff and a beautiful part of britain.

xXx
