Lilly Outfit of the Day | Perfect for Camping

Image
I haven't shared one of Lil's outfits for a while and I am completely in love with this look so wanted to share it with you all. We have not long been back from camping, we have had a lovely weekend away in a caravan at a local country show, Rural Past Times. We were away for three days with a mixture of weathers, It really didn't know what to do. on to the outfit itself, Lilly got herself a beautiful pair of dungaree's from my dad, these are from H&M (£17.99) and are in size 4-5, we got a smaller size then normal as they seemed quite large on her. These are also adjustable at the arm straps and the bottoms are turned up too, I love them. She is wearing a peachy coloured top from F&F (5-6), I am unsure on the price as these were a gift from Nanny. I think that the colour complements the pale denim shade of her dungaree's. She then has her glasses from Specsavers and a cute pink bow from Amazon. I really do wish that these were mine as the...

Halloween Basket 2016

Image
I have finally gotten around to creating and sharing Lilly's Halloween basket/bucket. We have used a cauldron this year as it fits everything perfectly. I love creating this every year as we don't go trick or treating around our area, we create a lovely day with treats, Halloween specials of her favourite programmes and crafts to do. I also want to create a spooky dinner as well for her. In her basket/bucket this year is - A Halloween pumpkin torch with bat lense, Tesco £1.50. - A Halloween pumpkin sippy cup £1. - A Sweetie cone for a treat, all Halloween themed. - Monsters sticker and activity book, Aldi 99p reduced to 49p. - Room on the Broom. - Little Miss Sunshine and the Wicked Witch. Have you made one of these for your little one? if so what do you include?

Car fixed & Free fruit • Summer Holiday Project 2016 #24 - #25

Image
Yesterday was a fail with my project but we really didn't do a lot and Lil's out of for a while with Nanny as we had a meeting and by the time Lil's got home it was her dinner time.  Today on the other hand was just a very slow paced day. Liam actually gave me a lie in, ths first in just over 2 years, I felt amazing and I think Liam enjoyed getting up with Lil's even though he'll never admit it. I woke up at 9am and he made me a coffee too, I felt like a princess haha. Not long after Liam left to go and fix my car, me and Lil's spent the morning catching up on some recordings and so cuddle time. After lunch we went to go and pick up my car which feels very odd now but its fixed which is amazing. Me and Lil's headed off to Tesco where I picked upa couple of birthday presents for her without her seeing. When we entered Tesco there was a box at the front saying that we could pick a free piece of fruit for children. I took Lilly over and she pic...

A lazy day • Summer holiday project 2016 #4

Image
Today was quite a lazy boring day with a lot of housework and some shopping to do as well. Lilly enjoted doing another magazine with me and played with her playdoh too. The day started with the house work, the most boring part with foldong clothes, washing up, making beds and general sorting out. Whilst I was doing this Lil's was making a huge mess in her room 'playing' After we got a magazine out and worked through some of the workbook. Lilly seems to really be enjoying doing these and luckily we have a dair few more to go through. We met my Mum and Dad up Tesco and did a bit of shopping, we also had a chimwag over a drink the the cafe with a cheeky cake too. This evening has just been the usual bath and bedtime but I wish I was in bed too haha.  How are you holidays so far? xXx

Toddler OOTD • Summer Beauty

Image
I haven't done an outfit post in a long while but I just had to share my beautiful girls outfit to you all.  Yesterday the weather was lovely and I have been taling every opportunity to get my girl in her dresses before the weather turns sour again. This outfit is just a simple dress and shoes (which aren't pictured) but is perfeft for the warmer weather. Her blue floral dress is F&F from Tesco and is in size 3-4, I was a little worried that it wouldn't fit but it fitted fine. The shoes that she wore with this were some pink garden crocks from poundland. We had a lovely garden day so wanted her to be comfy with practical shoes on.  She looked so cute and I just can't believe how much she has grown into a beautiful little girl. xXx

Toddler OOTD | Autumn edition

Image
Lilly has some beautiful clothes for this season so there may be a couple of these type of posts up. This specific outfit is so beautiful and something I personally would never this about buying for Lilly. This was a birthday gift and has completely changed my mind on clothing like this. The blue dress really suited her with the 79's style floral print. I think this is a really nice outfit for a warm(ish) autumn day with a cute pair of boots to finish the look off. It certainly makes a change to her wearing leggings.  The dress is from miniclub clothing at boots and her tights are from F&F from Tesco. This look has really made me consider looking for more long sleeve dresses for some nice outfits for play dates or just every day outfit.

Chocolate nests and Easter bonnet

Image
We have been busy making chocolate nests and deets.  Firstly we made the chocolate nests with chicks from poundland and mini eggs from Aldi. There super easy to make and Lilly loved decorating them.  We then took a trip to Tesco and I managed to pick up Lilly an Easter bonnet and a few decorative things for £1 each. I also used a couple of chicks from after eating a cake each. Lilly chose the ribbon to use and stuck the stickers on, the stickers have two layers and pop out a bit which make them look better when stuck on. We then stuck two chicks through the mesh to add some more things. I think Lilly has enjoyed these Easter tasks. We have another blog post of some crafts we did coming to. xXx

Style Sunday

Image
It's Sunday again, and time for style Sunday, again I'm in a relaxed, comfy outfit. Today I am wearing a long white top from Sassy, this top is so comfy and love the length. The top also had writing on the back which I cannot remember. I am also wearing F&F jeans in Navy as usual lol. Lilly's outfit today was a Jasper Conran navy blue dress, I put these with a pair of navy blue tights. She also had some purple shoes which are adorable. Sorry the picture isn't great but she wasn't in a picture mood. Thanks for reading. Viki x

Style Sunday

I know it's been a few weeks since my last/first one but here we go again.  So my outfit of the day was a salmon pink top from Dorothy Perkins. This top is so comfy to wear and has a nice design on but one drawback is the sleeves, my jeans were from F&F Tesco.  For my accessories I have on my me2you locket which Liam got my a few years back and I also have some Pearl stud earings in.  Lilly was wearing a cute pink jumper from Primark, such a cute jumper with it's doggy detail. Her strip leggings are from TU Sainsburys.  Thanks for reading and hope you enjoyed  Viki x
