Autumn / Halloween crafts

Image
We are sadly almost at the end of the school holidays but I have been doing a few crafts with Lilly all aimed at Halloween and Autumn and I wanted to share them with you as they may keep your little ones happy for a while.                       Decorated Pumpkin                                                         This is such a simple thing and so inexpensive too. We picked up one of the small pumpkins from Asda for just 50p, they are a little to small to carve but perfect for making sparkly and cool. You will need: - 1 × Small pumpkin - Glitter / paint / stickers This year we have some glitter stickers as we can't seem to find any normal glitter anywhere local. I let Lilley do her thing and she craed this really cool face out if the shapes that we had. ...

The Autumn Tag

Image
I have grown to love Autumn more as the years go on, and I must admit, I think it is now my favourite by a margin (Except for the wind). The colours, the wrapping up, the candle scents and the anticipation for Halloween and Christmas. I know that we are almost a month into Autumn but the whether is shocking and I feel really autumnal today so I wanted to take part in the Autumn Tag. 1. What signifies the start of Autumn for you?   The colour changes in the leaves, the colder weather and the floor being covered in fallen leaves, we love crunching through them when going on Autumn walks. 2. What is your favourite Autumn scent? My favourite scent of Autumn has to be Pumpkin spice, we had a candle last year which was pumpkin spice and chestnut which smelt so amazing. I just like all the spices mixed together too. 3. What is your favourite Autumn colour? This has to be the deep red that some of the leaves go, it is such a warm colour and makes it somehow feel warmer th...

Toddle OOTD • Another Autumn Look

Image
I thought that I would share another cute outfit of Lilly's for you.  I love this outfit on her and think she looks very cosy. This outfit is such a simple and cute outfit and she seems to be very comfortable in it.  Her top is from Nutmeg, a cute mustard colouted top with a bunny and flowers on it, I found this in the sale for just £2 Her trousers are from next and are these cute kharki coloured with some military style buttons near the bottom. I don't know the price of these as I brought a bundle of clothes with these in. Her boots we got from sports direct for just £6. There Kangol boots with fur inside so slightly like ugh boots.  I really think this is one of my favourite outfits for her to wear. xXx

Lilly has some beautiful clothes for this season so there may be a couple of these type of posts up. This specific outfit is so beautiful and something I personally would never this about buying for Lilly. This was a birthday gift and has completely changed my mind on clothing like this. The blue dress really suited her with the 79's style floral print. I think this is a really nice outfit for a warm(ish) autumn day with a cute pair of boots to finish the look off. It certainly makes a change to her wearing leggings.  The dress is from miniclub clothing at boots and her tights are from F&F from Tesco. This look has really made me consider looking for more long sleeve dresses for some nice outfits for play dates or just every day outfit.

I thought I would share Lilly's beautiful autumn outfit. Both these items are from nutmeg, Morrison's. So very affordable and beautiful clothing for all styles.  She is wearing a pair of navy blue jeggings which pretty much go with everything. These feel very well made and actually look my like jeans. These were £3 a pair. This top is just adorable. I love the picture on the front of the birds making a scarf for the fox or squirrel. Lol. Very autumnal and cheap at just £2 a top. No autumn outfit is complete without some sort of boots. These are her favourite which are her minnie mouse wellies. I actually got given these but by the very faded label it looks like George, asda. Lilly would wear these to bed if she could. Hope you enjoyed XxX
