Candy Cane Lollies | Recipe and Method | 12 Days of Blogmas

Another festive recipe for you all to enjoy, these are so simple to make and taste sooo good. These are Candy Cane Lollies which look amazing (I think). Lilly helped me make these, can you tell which one is hers?  You will need: - Candy canes - White Chocolate - Sprinkes - Lolly sticks - Baking paper Method 1. Cut canes down to size to for a heart shape with 2 canes. 2. Place onto a baking tray covered in baking paper and place a lolly stick in the middle. 3. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water. 3. Pour melted chocolate into the heart shapes making sure they are full to thr edge  4. Add sprinkles for decoration. 5. Leave to set in the fridge for a few hours. And there ready! Simple :) *Republished*

Simple Chocolate cake • Recipe and Method

Recently we made a really simple chocolate cake and wanted to share the recipe with you. This recipe has such a small amount of ingredients and is so easy to make but tastes amazing too. Recipe - 50g Dark Chocolate - 50g Butter - 30g Plain Flour - 1tsp Cocoa Powder - 60g Caster Sugar 1 egg Method 1. Preheat your oven to 180°c/ gas mark 5 2. Break chocolate into a glass bowl with butter and place over a boiling saucepan of water to melt. 3. Stir well, remove from heat and leave to cool.  4. Break your egg into a bowl with the sugar and whisk until light and creamy. 5. Slowly add the chocolate to the egg mix and stir well. 6. Sieve in the flour and cocoa and fold in. 7. Put the mixture into a greased shallow cake tin and bake for 25 minutes. This is so easy and a great recipe for a quick and tasty cake, especially to make with your children. xXx

Simple Cupcakes • Recipe and Method

We made some really tasty and simple to make cakes and thought I'd share the recipe with you all. Ingredient's 3 Medium eggs Weight of eggs - Self raising Flour Weight of eggs - Marge Weight of eggs - Sugar Method 1. Preheat oven to 180/gas mark 5 2. Mix marge and sugar together until creamy 3. Add eggs 1 at a time, add a small amount of flour if mixture starts to curdle 4. Sieve flour and add to mixture 5. Place mixture into cupcake cases 6. Cook for 15-20 minutes until spongy to the touch. As you can see they are so simple to make and really yummy to. If you make these let me know :) xXx

Rocky Road | Recipe and Method

I have found a huge liking to rocky road bars, they are so yummy and are perfect for a sweet tooth like me. I also loved making these with Lilly as she could pretty much help me with everything but melting the chocolate.  Recipe 150g Dark chocolate 150g Milk chocolate 100g of any extra items eg. Raisins, Glacé cherries. 200g digestive biscuits, crushed. 180g Mini marshmallows 3tbsp Golden Syrup  125g Butter 50g White chocolate Method 1. Melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup together in a bowl over a boiling saucepan. 2. Mix the crushed biscuits, cherries and marshmallows in a bowl. 3. Mix the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl and make sure everything is well covered. 4. Place mixture in a lined tin and smooth out. 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours Again I will say it is so easy to make and pretty cheap as well and did I forget to mention tasty. xXx
