Today has been a catch up day on everything, housework, emails and putting the rest of the camping gear away. This morning was mainly washing which was quite important and all 3 pairs of my jeans were in the wash. I also had a couple of forms to fill out which was the most boring part. Lilly on the other hand has been playing camping with her barbie and her baby dolls too, I think that she really enjoyed herself this weekend. After lunch we headed off to Nanny's to sort out the quad bikes and I wanted to hoover Mater out as she was full of grass, glitter and general dust from the weekend. The only issue when I was hoovering I noticed some rust that has formed on the wheel arch which has gone through :(. Whilst I was doing this Nanny watched Lil's as she played with her sand and then decided to help Great Grandad with his gardening. Both Lil's Grandparents and Great Grandparents own caravans on a plot of land which they share so Lilly gets to spend a lot ...

This is a post I have been meaning to wrote for a while but kept forgetting and also wanted to get my car washed before taking pictures of it. This is my first car, my little yellow banana car which has been named 'Mater' as in the tow truck from Cars. This is because Lil's loves cars and originally wanted to call it lightening McQueen ha ha.  For my first car I wanted a reliable, clean car yet not have to pay to much for it and not be too expensive to run. I kept saving and kept looking and finally came across a few. Most had gone by the time I got there but this one was still available.  It came with a folder for of history and has only had one owner from new before me. It has been looked after and was just a cute little car that would suit me.  I check the insurance before even asking to look at the car, luckily it is a very reasonable price and with a good company too. It is so cheap to run with a full tank being only £20 and only being a town ...

We had a wonderful and simple Easter this year. We were quite busy but nothing we couldn't handle.  Good Friday we went to go and look at a little car for me. I ended up buying it for just £650. We then went up to Liams mate house and enjoyed the warn sun in the play park and had bacon sandwiches. Saturday was Liam's 25th birthday, but sadly I didn't get any pictures as Liam hates having photos taken. We ended up going over Liam's parents and the birthday boy decided that he wanted to help me clean my car out. Easter Sunday was such a nice family day indoors. Lilly woke up at 7:25 which I thought was an amazing lie in but sadly it turned out that the clocks went forward and it was just normal time.
