Vegetable soup | Recipe and Method

So I thought I would share a simple autumn/wintery healthy soup. It's so cheap to make too.

So we start off with vegetables, bouquet garni, Stock, salt and pepper. 

Start with making up the stock to the requirments. Put in a saucepan and add bouquet garni, and add the vegetables.
Let simmer for 20 - 30 minutes 
It's then ready to serve with a nice chunky loaf or a crusty bread roll.
