Weekly weigh in

This week I have still tried to eat healthier and drink more water. This has not been easy for me as I don't drink a lot as it is. 

I do not use that sense me app anymore as it told me that I had slept for 41 hours in 1 day.  So I have changed to 'My Diet coach'

This helps you set targets such as drink more water and do sits ups which you earn point for to do up your avatar. I like the way it is simple to use, the one thing is you can't keep a track on your weight.

Weight 144.2
Loss 001.4
Total loss 002.2

Thats about 1.1lb per week :) Happy with that.
